Unopened full bottles may be returned within seven days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund.

Opened decants cannot be refunded — that is why we price them low enough to try first.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by bKash for cash-on-delivery orders, within five working days.
